At RAW Africa Eco-Tours we’re always on the lookout for new experiences, new tours and new destinations. Africa is a big continent, and every corner offers something unique for RAW adventurers. With so much to see, you’ll want to explore every bit of Africa.

CONSERVATION

At RAW Africa Eco-Tours, we are serious about supporting local communities and their conservation efforts. By joining us on a RAW Africa tour you will be helping conservation.

RAW Africa Eco-Tours was created out of a shared vision to secure Africa’s wildlife future through responsible and ethical ecotourism. We partner with local conservation and ecotourism organisations, which means that more than 80% of your tour money directly benefits local people, local communities and local wildlife.

Where possible we stay at locally owned accommodation and trek in community-managed forests. We encourage our guests to buy their gifts from local co-operatives or from conservation areas. These actions ensure that the majority of our tourism $ remains local. All RAW adventurers leave Africa knowing they did something that actually made a difference.

All of RAW Africa Eco-Tours journeys are linked to local enterprise programs so that the majority of your tour dollar directly benefits local people and wildlife. RAW Africa Eco-Tours is passionate about educating travellers on how you can support communities and wildlife directly through a simple action you can do while on tour or at home.

"What a way to escape normality of life of the western world... you need to put this on your bucket list! It was so much better than we imagined it could be. The different savannahs and the big 5 animals of National level to conversation levels, each with their own unique landscapes and history and each one was so exciting. We never imagined we would see giraffes fighting in the wild, or hear lions roaring and protecting their young or cheetahs on the hunt. But what was even more interesting was seeing how the local tribes live and survive in the savannahs among these wild animals! We felt as if we were part of National Geographic!
